This comprehensive suspension upgrade increases the factory Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) from 3250kg to 4000kg, providing an additional 750kg of legal load-carrying capacity. It also increases the Gross Combination Mass (GCM) from 6350kg to 7200kg (+850kg), allowing greater combined vehicle and trailer mass within the approved limits.

Optional Upper Control Arms - Sold Separately
Compatible fixed upper control arms are available to assist with suspension geometry and wheel alignment:
- TRC6750: Fixed Upper Control Arms for vehicles with aluminium steering knuckles.
- TRC6751: Fixed Upper Control Arms for vehicles with steel steering knuckles.
Upper control arms are not included in the upgrade kit and must be purchased separately if required. Confirm steering knuckle compatibility before ordering.
Vehicle Compatibility
Suitable for applicable Ford Ranger PY P703 (PX4) 4x4 models from May 2022 onwards, including XL, XLS, XLT, Sport, Wildtrak, Wildtrak X, Platinum, Tremor and Wolftrak variants. Applicable Single Cab, Super Cab, Double Cab, Cab Chassis and Utility configurations are covered.
Does not suit Ford Ranger Raptor. Vehicle eligibility must be confirmed before installation.
GVM/GCM Certification & Installation
GVM and GCM upgrades require professional installation, engineering approval and certification in accordance with applicable state or territory regulations.
Upgrade kits are shipped directly to certified dealers only and must be installed by an authorised and approved Fulcrum Suspension workshop.
Our Click & Fit service allows you to purchase online and select a local approved installer. A Fulcrum Suspension specialist will contact you to confirm vehicle specifications, loading requirements and installation arrangements.
Pre-Registration Vehicles: Eligible unregistered vehicles can be upgraded under the applicable pre-registration approval process, subject to confirmation of the applicable approval pathway and certification charges.
Post-Registration Vehicles: Registered vehicles require additional engineering certification and modification approval. Applicable charges are displayed during online checkout.
Important GVM, GCM & Towing Information
The upgrade increases GVM to 4000kg and GCM to 7200kg but does not increase the original 3500kg rated towing capacity.
All GVM, GCM, front and rear axle load, towball download and towing limits must be observed. The increased GCM allows additional combined mass but does not permit towing beyond the vehicle's approved maximum towing capacity.
Tyres must meet the approved load and speed rating requirements. The data sheet specifies a tyre load index of 114 for its listed tyre sizes. Original equipment tyres may be retained only where compliant.

When our product stock levels are low, or current stock is allocated to orders, our website may show an ‘in-stock’ status when in fact the item might be sold out. We will advise within 48hrs; stock availability, order status and shipping details.

Shipping
We offer FREE shipping to all metro areas (excluding WA, TAS and NT).
If you live on the Australian coast, that does not mean you are subject to free shipping.
Express shipping times and free shipping times are only to be counted once the order has been shipped from our warehouses. Our free shipping and express shipping services both have the same order processing times. We first have to raise the order, then we send it to one of our warehouses for processing and once ready it will be shipped from the warehouse. The difference between express and free shipping services, is the time it takes for the item to be transported from our warehouse to your address.
Our free shipping policy is determined by densely populated metro locations and the viability of distance travelled from our distribution centres. We are constantly expanding our warehousing, so areas covered by free shipping are subject to change. See our shipping policy here.

Select “Click & Fit” as a delivery method during the checkout process and you will be given a special fitted price to have both the product delivered and installed. A suspension expert will be assigned to your order, who will organise everything and will help you every step of the way. You can sit back and relax, knowing that your car is going to be looked after by suspension experts.
Your assigned suspension expert will confirm all the details for your booking. Your parts will then be delivered to your closest Fulcrum workshop and an installation date will be booked based on your preference. You then bring your car on the booking date and the Fulcrum workshop will install your order.
Installation includes full product installation by a qualified technician, a full wheel alignment, a complete suspension check, a visual brake inspection, and a complete report. We also offer a complimentary 1000km check-up service, which includes a suspension check and any retention work, your alignment and tyre wear will also be checked. If we find that anything needs to be amended during our 1000km check, we will carry out this work free of charge. This includes a wheel alignment, if required. Please note that Fulcrum Dealers are independant workshops and may not supply a full suspension report or offer a 1000km checkup. Workshops that are owned by Fulcrum Suspensions will do this for you though.
