Upgrade your GWM Ute / Cannon Alpha 2.4D with the GWM-004R Formula 4x4 ReadyStrut Lift Kit, developed to improve ride height, ground clearance, handling and suspension control across sealed roads, touring routes and recreational off-road terrain.
This vehicle-specific package combines pre-assembled Formula 4x4 height-adjustable front ReadyStruts, Formula 4x4 rear shock absorbers, Formula 4x4 rear leaf springs and supporting suspension components for a complete front and rear suspension upgrade.
The kit provides approximately 30-40mm of front lift and approximately 35-40mm of rear lift at 0-200kg constant rear load, depending on vehicle condition, permanent accessories, operating load and the selected front ReadyStrut height setting.

Formula 4x4 Height-Adjustable ReadyStruts
The front ReadyStruts are supplied fully pre-assembled, providing a matched front suspension assembly that removes the need to dismantle or assemble the spring and strut components before installation.
The height-adjustable configuration allows the final front ride height to be fine-tuned during installation to suit the vehicle setup, permanent accessory weight and preferred stance.
Spring & Lift Information
The front suspension provides approximately 30-40mm of lift, with the final ride height influenced by the selected ReadyStrut height setting, vehicle condition and permanent front accessory weight.
The Formula 4x4 FLS-152 rear leaf springs provide approximately 35-40mm of rear lift at 0-200kg of constant rear load.
Constant load refers to accessories or equipment permanently fitted to or regularly carried in the vehicle. Correct spring selection is essential for achieving the intended ride height, suitable ride quality and reliable suspension performance.

Lift Kit Fitting Instructions
General fitting instructions and warranty information are supplied with the kit. Professional installation by a qualified mechanic or suspension technician is strongly recommended, preferably at a workshop with wheel-alignment facilities.
A wheel alignment should be completed after installation to confirm steering geometry, handling and tyre wear.
Why Can't I Reuse My U-Bolts?
U-bolts stretch and conform to the axle and spring assembly when correctly torqued. Once removed, they should not be reused because they may no longer provide the correct clamping force. For this reason, new Formula 4x4 U-bolts are supplied with the kit.

Springs & Lift Heights
The springs create the lift, so selecting the correct front and rear spring rates is essential for achieving a level stance, comfortable ride and reliable suspension performance. While the kit title specifies a lift height, the final front and rear height increase will depend on your vehicle’s permanent accessories, constant load and intended use.
After you place your order, a Fulcrum Suspensions specialist will contact you before processing it. We will confirm your vehicle details, accessories, regular load, towing requirements and driving conditions to ensure the correct springs are supplied.
A constant load is any weight permanently fitted to or carried in the vehicle, such as bull bars, winches, bash plates, batteries, drawers, canopies, tools and recovery equipment. Engine type and other vehicle specifications can also affect spring selection. Where possible, install all permanent accessories before fitting your lift kit so the suspension can be matched correctly from the outset.
The spring rating should closely match the vehicle’s actual constant load. For example, a vehicle carrying approximately 250kg permanently should use a spring designed for that load range.
Springs rated below the vehicle’s constant load may become overloaded, causing sagging or premature failure. This can also occur when towing, as caravan, boat or trailer ball weight adds load to the rear suspension.
Springs rated substantially above the actual load can produce an excessively firm ride and may contribute to issues such as shock absorber top-out or coil spring trapping. The front and rear springs must also be correctly matched, as an unsuitable spring rate at either end can leave the vehicle sitting nose-high or nose-low.
For occasional additional loads or towing, an airbag helper kit may be recommended. Airbags support the springs when carrying temporary loads but do not replace correctly rated springs and are not designed to carry the vehicle’s load on their own.

When our product stock levels are low, or current stock is allocated to orders, our website may show an ‘in-stock’ status when in fact the item might be sold out. We will advise within 48hrs; stock availability, order status and shipping details.

3. Select “Deliver to Door” as a delivery method during the checkout process and we will deliver your order direct to your nominated delivery address. We will text and email you all your tracking details.
Shipping
We offer FREE shipping to all metro areas (excluding WA, TAS and NT).
If you live on the Australian coast, that does not mean you are subject to free shipping.
Express shipping times and free shipping times are only to be counted once the order has been shipped from our warehouses. Our free shipping and express shipping services both have the same order processing times. We first have to raise the order, then we send it to one of our warehouses for processing and once ready it will be shipped from the warehouse. The difference between express and free shipping services, is the time it takes for the item to be transported from our warehouse to your address.
Our free shipping policy is determined by densely populated metro locations and the viability of distance travelled from our distribution centres. We are constantly expanding our warehousing, so areas covered by free shipping are subject to change. See our shipping policy here.

Warranty
All products sold by Fulcrum Suspensions are covered by a national warranty. This products warranty is subject to conditions from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the item.

Select “Click & Fit” as a delivery method during the checkout process and you will be given a special fitted price to have both the product delivered and installed. A suspension expert will be assigned to your order, who will organise everything and will help you every step of the way. You can sit back and relax, knowing that your car is going to be looked after by suspension experts.
Your assigned suspension expert will confirm all the details for your booking. Your parts will then be delivered to your closest Fulcrum workshop and an installation date will be booked based on your preference. You then bring your car on the booking date and the Fulcrum workshop will install your order.
Installation includes full product installation by a qualified technician, a full wheel alignment, a complete suspension check, a visual brake inspection, and a complete report. We also offer a complimentary 1000km check-up service, which includes a suspension check and any retention work, your alignment and tyre wear will also be checked. If we find that anything needs to be amended during our 1000km check, we will carry out this work free of charge. This includes a wheel alignment, if required. Please note that Fulcrum Dealers are independant workshops and may not supply a full suspension report or offer a 1000km checkup. Workshops that are owned by Fulcrum Suspensions will do this for you though.
